Helo, i hope you are all good. After few years ago my some friends face these difficulties for H-1B visa, But whats the situation Now Is  it difficult to get H-1B visa ?

Its very difficult to get H-1B visa as firstly you must be sponsored by the U.S. employer. Also, there is lot of competition in the US to get job and here is also limited numbers of H-1B visas issued each year.
